Return & Refund Policy – Aarco Hangers

  1. Return Eligibility

Customers may request a return within 7 days from the date of delivery if they are not satisfied with the product.

To qualify for a return:

The product must be unused and not installed

The item must be returned in original condition and packaging

Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided

Return requests made after 7 days of delivery may not qualify for a full refund.

 

  1. 30-Day Partial Return Option

If the return request is made after 7 days but within 30 days of delivery, the product may still be returned.

In such cases, 50% of the product cost will be refunded after inspection and approval.

Products must still be unused, not installed, and returned in proper packaging.

 

  1. Conditions for Return

Return requests may be accepted in situations such as:

Wrong product delivered

Missing components in the package

Manufacturing defect

Customers are advised to inspect the package after receiving it and notify us if there are any issues.

 

  1. Non-Returnable Situations

Returns may not be accepted in the following situations:

Product has already been installed or used

Product returned without original packaging

Product damaged due to improper installation

Return request made after 30 days from delivery

 

  1. Return Process

To initiate a return request, customers must contact us first.

Once the request is approved, instructions will be provided on how and where to send the product.

Returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

 

  1. Refund Process

After the returned product is received and inspected, the refund will be processed.

Refunds will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase.

Refund processing typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the bank or payment provider.

 

  1. Return Shipping

If reverse pickup service is not available in the customer’s location, customers may send the product back through a reliable courier service.

Courier charges may be reimbursed up to a maximum of ₹200, subject to submission of a valid courier receipt.
