Warranty Policy – Aarco Hangers

  1. Warranty Coverage

Aarco Hangers provides a 24-month limited warranty on our ceiling cloth hangers, drying hanger systems, and related hardware components against manufacturing defects.

This warranty applies only to defects related to materials or manufacturing under normal usage conditions.

 

  1. Product Life Expectancy

Our hanger products are manufactured using durable hardware components such as stainless steel rods, pulleys, and mounting brackets.

When installed correctly and used properly, Aarco Hangers products are designed to perform reliably for approximately 5 years or more.

 

  1. Maximum Load Capacity

Each hanger rod or pipe is designed to support a maximum load of approximately 6 kg.

Customers are advised not to exceed this weight limit. Overloading may reduce product life and may void the warranty.

 

  1. Warranty Exclusions

The warranty does not apply in the following situations:

    • Intentional damage to the product
  • Rough usage or overloading beyond 6 kg per pipe
  • Damage caused by improper installation
  • Installation on weak or unsuitable ceilings or walls
  • Damage caused by accidents or misuse
  • Normal wear and tear of moving parts such as rope or pulley
  • Modifications or repairs performed by unauthorized persons

Our technical team can usually determine whether the damage occurred due to manufacturing defects or improper usage.

 

  1. Installation Responsibility

Customers should ensure that the hanger system is installed on a strong and suitable ceiling or wall surface.

If installation is not performed by Aarco Hangers, the product may be installed by a qualified carpenter or electrician using the installation procedure video available on our website.

 

  1. Warranty Claim Process

If you believe your product has a manufacturing defect during the warranty period, please contact us with:

  • Order number or proof of purchase
  • Description of the issue
  • Photos or videos showing the problem (if possible)
